I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience.  I have a private psychotherapy practice in Hove, East Sussex.  I also provide EMDR Psychotherapy for The Sussex Psychological Therapy Centre.   

I specialise in helping people who feel stuck or overwhelmed, process the past so that they can move forward into a happier life.         

I offer:

• Individual Psychotherapy for adults over 18 years.
• EMDR-informed Psychotherapy for adults over 18 years. 
• Music Imagery Psychotherapy for adults over 18 years.  
• Individual or Group Supervision for HCPC-registered Music Therapists or arts practitioners.
