Welcome to my website!
I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. I have a private psychotherapy practice in Hove, East Sussex (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) at the Wilbury Clinic and Somatic Therapies Centre.
I specialise in working with mid-life adult women, helping them to address past traumas. I offer:
- Integrative Psychotherapy, working flexibly according to your need.
- Attachment-based EMDR Psychotherapy.
Drawing on my previous 25-year career as an HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist, I also offer clinical supervision to Music Therapists/Music Psychotherapists.
