Counselling/Psychotherapy and EMDR in Hove, Shoreham and Online

Welcome to my website!

I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience.  I specialise in helping people experiencing depression, low moods, or trauma to process the past and move forward positively in their lives.      

I offer:

• Individual Integrative Relational Psychotherapy for adults over 18 years.
• Individual Music Imagery psychotherapy for adults and teenagers over 13 years.
• EMDR Psychotherapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
• Individual or Group Supervision for HCPC-registered Music Therapists or arts practitioners.   

I work at the Wilbury Clinic and Practice Rooms in Hove and at the Shoreham Osteopathy Centre.   At present I have a few spaces on Tuesdays in Hove and Friday mornings in Shoreham.   If you'd like to find about more about how I might help,  feel free to reach out for an initial free chat.
